7. Telephone Calls, Text Messages, and Outreach

7.2 Where you have provided the consent required by law, SafeTech may also contact you for marketing purposes.
7.3 Communications may be made through live telephone calls, text messages, email, voicemail, automated dialing technology, and prerecorded or artificial voice technology where legally permitted.
7.4 Consent to marketing calls or text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
7.5 Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP to cancel.
7.6 SafeTech maintains internal do-not-call and do-not-text suppression lists and honors the National Do Not Call Registry and the Florida Do Not Call list as required by law.
8. Mobile Information, Text-Message Consent, and Opt-In Data
8.1 Mobile telephone numbers and text-message consent information may be disclosed only to service providers that operate the messaging program on SafeTech’s behalf, such as JustCall and SafeTech’s customer-relationship management provider, and only to deliver the messages you agreed to receive.
8.2 Text-message consent is not transferred to any other company and is not carried over in any list rental, list purchase, lead resale, or affiliate arrangement.
8.3 This restriction does not limit disclosures required by law or made in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, in which case the acquiring party is bound by this Privacy Policy as to the transferred information.
9. Lead Sources and Marketing Partners
9.1 SafeTech may obtain your name, contact information, and property information from lead generation companies, marketing partners, advertising platforms, referral sources, and publicly available records, in addition to information you provide directly.
9.2 SafeTech may share or transfer your name, mailing address, email address, and property information to marketing partners, affiliates, and other companies that offer property-improvement, financing, insurance, or home-services products, and may receive compensation for doing so.
9.3 Under the privacy laws of some states, the activity described in Section 9.2 is a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information, or “targeted advertising.” You may opt out at any time using the methods in Section 17.3, and SafeTech will honor the request as to information within its control.
9.4 Section 9.2 does not apply to mobile telephone numbers, text-message content, or text-message consent records. Those categories are excluded from all lead sharing, list rental, list resale, and affiliate arrangements without exception, as stated in Section 8.
9.5 Where SafeTech obtains your telephone number from a third party, SafeTech is responsible for its own communications to you. Consent you gave to another company is not consent to SafeTech, and you may tell SafeTech to stop contacting you at any time using the methods in Section 10.
10. Communication Opt-Out Rights
You may withdraw marketing consent or ask SafeTech to stop marketing communications at any time.
Text-Message Opt-Out
Reply with STOP, QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE. You may also use any other reasonable method that clearly indicates you do not want additional marketing messages. SafeTech may send one message confirming the opt-out request, containing no marketing content. Reply HELP for assistance.
Telephone Opt-Out

Email Opt-Out
Use the unsubscribe link in a marketing email or email info@safetechbuilders.com.
Processing
SafeTech honors marketing opt-out requests within 10 business days of receipt, and sooner where reasonably practicable. For text-message solicitations, SafeTech will cease sending solicitations within 15 days after receiving your request, except for a single confirming message. Opting out of marketing does not prevent SafeTech from sending transactional communications reasonably necessary for an existing appointment, a requested estimate, a signed contract, an active project, a payment, a warranty, a customer-service request, a safety matter, or a legal or regulatory obligation.
11. Call Recording
11.1 SafeTech may record or monitor telephone calls for quality assurance, training, documentation, customer service, security, compliance, and dispute resolution.
11.2 Florida requires the consent of all parties to the recording of a telephone communication. Calls are recorded only after notice is given at the start of the call. If you do not consent to recording, tell the representative or end the call.
11.3 Call recordings may be stored by SafeTech or by a communications provider such as JustCall.
12. Commercial Email
SafeTech may send transactional or marketing email. Marketing emails include a method for unsubscribing. SafeTech may continue sending nonmarketing email concerning an existing transaction, appointment, project, warranty, safety matter, or requested service.
13. Drone and Aerial Imagery
13.1 SafeTech may capture photographs, video, and measurements of a property using unmanned aircraft in connection with an inspection, estimate, or project.
13.2 Drone imaging is performed only with the authorization of the property owner or a person authorized to act for the owner, and only under applicable FAA and Florida law.
13.3 Aerial imagery is used to evaluate the property, prepare estimates and proposals, document conditions before and after work, support permitting and warranty records, and resolve disputes.
13.4 Aerial imagery of a specific property is not published for marketing in a manner that identifies the customer or the street address without permission.
14. Cookies and Similar Technologies
14.1 The Website may use cookies, pixels, tags, scripts, local storage, session identifiers, and similar technologies to operate the Website, remember preferences, secure Website forms, measure traffic, understand Website use, improve performance, track form submissions, measure advertisements, measure telephone-call conversions, and deliver relevant advertising.

14.3 The Website honors browser-based opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control, where required by applicable law.
15. Analytics, Advertising, and Call Tracking
15.1 SafeTech may use analytics, advertising, and call-tracking providers, which may include Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Meta advertising services, Website-hosting analytics, call-tracking providers, JustCall, and customer-relationship management providers.
15.2 These companies may use cookies, pixels, telephone-number tracking, or similar technologies to measure Website visits, form submissions, telephone calls, advertising referrals, Website conversions, and marketing performance.
15.3 These third parties process information under their own privacy policies and service agreements.
16. How We Disclose Information
A. Service Providers
Companies that provide Website hosting, customer-relationship management, telephone service, text messaging, call recording, email delivery, scheduling, analytics, advertising, payment processing, financing, document storage, cybersecurity, cloud storage, and administrative services. These providers are bound by contract to use the information only to provide services to SafeTech.

C. Legal and Business Purposes
To comply with law; to respond to a subpoena, court order, or government request; to enforce a contract; to protect legal rights; to investigate fraud or a security incident; to protect customers, employees, property, or the public; in connection with a sale, merger, financing, acquisition, or restructuring; and to attorneys, accountants, insurers, or professional advisers.
D. At Your Direction
When you authorize or request the disclosure.
E. Never
SafeTech does not disclose mobile telephone numbers or text-message consent information to any third party for that party’s own marketing purposes, as stated in Section 8.
17. Sale and Sharing of Information; Targeted Advertising
17.1 As described in Section 9, SafeTech may share or transfer contact and property information to marketing partners and may receive compensation. SafeTech also uses advertising and analytics technologies that transfer information to third parties.
17.2 Under the privacy laws of some states, both activities are a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information, or “targeted advertising,” whether or not money changes hands.
17.3 You may opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information and of targeted advertising at any time by using the cookie-preference tool on the Website, by enabling a recognized opt-out preference signal such as Global Privacy Control in your browser, or by emailing info@safetechbuilders.com or calling (954) 665-3231 with the subject or request “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information.”
17.4 SafeTech honors an opt-out request as to information within its control and instructs its marketing partners to do the same. An opt-out does not require a third party that already lawfully holds your information to delete it.
17.5 Mobile telephone numbers, text-message content, and text-message consent records are never sold or shared, and are excluded from every arrangement described in this Section.
17.6 SafeTech does not sell or share the personal information of consumers it knows to be under 16 years of age.
18. Data Retention

18.2 Retention periods vary by information type, the nature of the customer relationship, and legal requirements.
18.3 Consent records, opt-out records, and communication logs are retained for at least five years to demonstrate compliance with telephone and text-message laws, even where other information is deleted.
18.4 SafeTech may retain aggregated or deidentified information that no longer reasonably identifies an individual.
19. Data Security
19.1 SafeTech uses reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, and improper disclosure.
19.2 No website, cloud platform, email system, telephone system, or data-transmission system is completely secure, and SafeTech cannot guarantee absolute security.
19.3 Do not submit Social Security numbers, banking credentials, medical information, or other highly sensitive information through standard Website forms, unsecured email, or ordinary text messages unless specifically requested through a secure method.
20. Notice of a Data Breach
20.1 If SafeTech determines that a breach of security has compromised personal information, SafeTech will notify affected individuals and any required governmental authority within the time and in the manner required by applicable law.
20.2 Under Florida law, notice to affected individuals is generally required within 30 days of determining that a breach occurred, and notice to the Florida Department of Legal Affairs is generally required when a breach affects 500 or more Florida residents.
20.3 Notice may be delayed at the written request of a law enforcement agency where notification would interfere with an investigation.
21. Privacy Rights and Choices
Depending on your state of residence and the law that applies, you may have the right to request that SafeTech confirm whether your personal information is processed; provide access to it; correct inaccurate information; delete certain information; provide a portable copy; opt you out of certain targeted advertising; opt you out of certain sales or sharing; restrict certain processing; allow you to withdraw consent; and review an appeal of a denied privacy request.
These rights are subject to legal exceptions. SafeTech may retain information necessary for contracts, warranties, safety, legal compliance, fraud prevention, licensing, taxes, insurance, legal claims, and consent and opt-out documentation.

If SafeTech denies a request, you may appeal by replying to the denial or contacting SafeTech using the methods above. SafeTech will respond to an appeal within the period required by applicable law.
SafeTech will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.
23. Florida Privacy Notice
Florida law may provide privacy rights to certain residents when a business and its data-processing activities satisfy specific statutory thresholds. To the extent an applicable Florida privacy law applies to SafeTech, eligible residents may exercise the rights provided by that law by contacting SafeTech. This Privacy Policy does not create legal rights that do not otherwise exist under applicable law.
