We never set out to build a roofing company. From 2006 we were renovating our own Broward properties and kept getting let down by the two trades we couldn't do ourselves. So we learned to do them.

We were the customer first
We got into real estate in 2006, buying, renovating and selling property across Broward County — Pembroke Pines, Miramar, Cooper City, Davie. Kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, windows, roofs: full renovations, with our own employees doing the work. Which meant that for over a decade, on every property, we were the ones hiring roofing and window contractors, chasing them for updates, checking their work, and pulling permits when they didn't. We still own property in Broward today.
We got tired of it
Roofing and impact windows were the two trades we couldn't do ourselves, and they were the two that gave us the most trouble. Missed schedules. Work we had to have redone. Quotes that changed. Eventually we decided that if we wanted it done to our standard, we'd have to do it ourselves — so we got licensed and started handling the roofs and windows on our own properties.
Then, in 2019, a friend called
A hurricane had come through and left him with damage to his roof and his windows. He didn't know who to trust with it, so he called us — because he knew we'd already been through it on our own properties. We said yes. Then he told a neighbor, and the neighbor told someone else. Thank God we said yes: today we're helping homeowners across South Florida with their roofing and window problems.
That turned out to be the business plan
One job at a time, from people referred by someone we knew. We took out General and Roofing contractor licenses with the State of Florida, built a full project team, and have been doing the work for South Florida homeowners across Broward, Miami-Dade and Palm Beach ever since. What hasn't changed is the standard. We still run every job like it's our own house, and we always will — because for the first several years, it was.
Three layers of protection on every roof.
A roof is one of the largest purchases you'll make on your home. You should know exactly what happens if something goes wrong — in writing, before you sign.
Workmanship warranty
Ten years on our labor and installation on a full roof replacement. If our work is the problem, we come back and fix it — no argument. Repairs carry a 1-year workmanship warranty on the area repaired.
Material warranty
Limited lifetime coverage on materials, direct from the manufacturer, where they offer it. We only install from approved brands.
Deposit protection, included
As a verified Contractor Directorii member, every registered project carries $30,000 of independent deposit protection at no cost to you — protection that doesn't depend on us being in business. Optional $250,000 full coverage is available for 2.5% of the contract amount.

What does a new roof cost in Broward County?
It depends on the size of your roof, its pitch and the material you choose. For a 2,500 sq ft roof in Broward County in 2026:
$5.50–$9.50/sq ft. TAS-107 rated, 6-nail pattern.
$11–$22/sq ft. Needs load engineering.
$12.50–$25/sq ft. Miami-Dade NOA required.
Permits add $500–$1,500 and plywood decking $1,875–$4,375 if it needs replacing — which can only be confirmed once the old roof is off. These are budgeting ranges, not a quote. We give you a firm written number after a free inspection, never a guess over the phone.
How long does a roof replacement take?
Most residential re-roofs are a matter of days on site once permits are issued. The permitting and HOA approval stage is usually the longest part, and we handle that paperwork for you rather than handing it back.
Do you handle permits and HOA approvals?
Yes — both, on every job. We pull the permits, submit the HOA package, and schedule the inspections. You sign where you need to sign.
Can you help with an insurance claim?
We inspect your roof, document the condition with photographs, and give you a written report and estimate you can submit to your insurer. We're licensed roofing contractors — not public adjusters — so we don't negotiate your claim or advise on your policy. Read our roof insurance & claims FAQs →
What's covered by the warranty?
A full roof replacement carries a 10-year workmanship warranty. A repair carries a 1-year workmanship warranty covering the specific area repaired. Materials carry limited lifetime manufacturer coverage where the manufacturer offers it, and every registered project carries $30,000 of Contractor Directorii deposit protection at no cost. Optional $250,000 full coverage is available for 2.5% of the contract amount. All of it is provided in writing before work begins.
Do I have to pay for the whole thing up front?
No. We offer in-house financing, approved directly by SafeTech with no outside lender. Terms depend on the project and approval, and every term is disclosed in writing before you sign.
