Twenty years of buying, renovating and selling Broward County property taught us exactly how a roof or impact window job should be run — and how often it isn’t. So we started doing it ourselves.
We never set out to build a roofing company. From 2006 we were renovating our own Broward properties and kept getting let down by the two trades we couldn’t do ourselves. So we learned to do them.

We got into real estate in 2006, buying, renovating and selling property across Broward County — Pembroke Pines, Miramar, Cooper City, Davie. Kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, windows, roofs: full renovations, with our own employees doing the work. Which meant that for over a decade, on every property, we were the ones hiring roofing and window contractors, chasing them for updates, checking their work, and pulling permits when they didn’t. We still own property in Broward today.
Roofing and impact windows were the two trades we couldn’t do ourselves, and they were the two that gave us the most trouble. Missed schedules. Work we had to have redone. Quotes that changed. Eventually we decided that if we wanted it done to our standard, we’d have to do it ourselves — so we got licensed and started handling the roofs and windows on our own properties.
A hurricane had come through and left him with damage to his roof and his windows. He didn’t know who to trust with it, so he called us — because he knew we’d already been through it on our own properties. Then he told a neighbor, and the neighbor told someone else. Thank God we said yes: today we’re helping homeowners across South Florida with their roofing and window problems.

We took out General and Roofing contractor licenses with the State of Florida, built a full project team, and have now completed 1,000+ projects for South Florida homeowners across Broward, Miami-Dade and Palm Beach. We still run every job like it’s our own house, and we always will.
